Having not seen the patient yet several things came to mind. It is very unfortunate that this patient has let their oral health deteriorate to the point of needing dentures. When we do have the opportunity to evaluate them... dentures may indeed be the only choice. There are some issues that I would like everyone who is in this situation or approaching this level of destruction to know in the following article.
