For white dental filling we have found insurance companies pick up varying proportons although none have paid a benefit of 100%. Frequently they down grade the fee to dental amalgam (silver + mercury) and pay a defined percentage. Of course yearly Dedectubles will apply so to give you a hard and fast rule on what coverage will be would be impossible. In a vast majority of cases... you can plan on Dental insurance companies NOT covering teeth whitening or dental veneers.
